This week is a huge week in fashion. New York Fashion week is going on all week and the celebs and models are turning up their style for the shows, parties, and backstage. If you're looking for some cutting edge, ultra-chic fashion inspiration, look no further than attendees to fashion week.
There are several ways that you can stay abreast to what's going on at the tents in Bryant Park. Besides Fabsugar's fabulous coverage, you can also turn to these sources to find some great looks:
1. The Sartorialist for style.com
Scott is out at the tents getting lovely shots of the fashionistas running in to all the shows. Some of these looks may be too "outrageous" for your tastes, but like I've said before use the looks to come up with something that is wearable for YOU.

2. Backstage/Front Row shots from the shows
A great place to find some awesome looks is the from the guests in the front rows at the shows. Guests range from uber-celebs like Ashley Olsen to editors like Anna Wintour. Style.com also has a lot of these shots if you Click here and then click on the "Backstage Front Row" tab. Instyle.com has a lot of shots of celebrities attending the shows. Popsugar also has quite a few galleries of images too. (http://popsugar.com/1008695). Keep checking these sources all week!

3. Parties Parties Parties
The front row normally means you'll wear the designers stuff, normally, so the parties at night let all the celebs (and models) let loose. You'll find some great party outfits ranging from dressy to casual. Style.com has a Parties section that will keep you updated on who's wearing what where. Fashionista has been posting Jeremy Kost polaroids of celebs having fun.
Natasha Poly (model) looking fabulous in Proenza Schouler and Ashley Olsen in Missoni. Take away: Try wearing a mini with two longer tops and belt it at the waist - Patricia Fields would be proud. Don't be scared to play around and experiment, mixing a shorter dress over a maxi, or a tunic over a long skirt...

Check those sites regularly throughout the week and if you end up inspired, be sure to post your look here in the group.
Oh yeah, don't forget to be inspired by the runway shows too!

1I swear that first dress looks EXACTLY like the one Mia Farrow wears in Rosemary's Baby. I've been on the hunt for one!
