I don't know if you've noticed Ms. Hayden running around in pencil skirts with belts at the waist lately, but it seems like the last six months or so, this is her go-to look. I know why - it's easy, it's sexy and it's relatively comfortable.
While my outfit isn't a direct crook of Hayden's, I do love the look of a high waist pencil skirt belted at the waist with a chiffon blouse. There's something very sophisticated and chic about it without coming off as too stiff. And it's perfect for the office!
